We issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please contact us through our online form. Our management team will personally assess your case and decide what should be done. We go out of our way to provide the best customer service that we can offer but sometimes mistakes do happen. Store credit will be issued at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
In most cases, you will have the option to pay by Cash. If the option is available to you at Checkout then simply choose Cash to complete your order. Please note that you must have exact change for the driver as our drivers do not carry change. Note: If you must pay for your order all in coins then you must put them in coin tube rolls. If you choose not to put your coins in rolls, the driver does not have time to count it and your delivery will be cancelled. 
Yes, of course. Cannabis is legal in Canada. Cannabis had been shipping through the mail for over two decades and there are no documented cases of individuals being charged for receiving it in the mail. Provincial governments encourage and allow the use of Canada Post for the delivery of Cannabis. Canada Post is no longer screening for Cannabis.
In short, no. Upon checkout you will have the opportunity to leave instructions for our delivery staff. Some examples include: “Please call before dropping off” and “Please deliver between 1pm to 8pm” and “Please leave it in the mailbox” or “Please leave with my spouse”. We always try our best to accomodate any reasonable requests. We apologize in advance if we cannot accommodate your request. Please try to understand and be courteous.

Delivery (Private Courier)

  • Big Green Train delivers by both private courier and also by Canada Post. If you’re lucky enough to live in the Markham area, we can deliver your order straight to your door, and often, the same day! We cannot guarantee delivery times but the sooner you get your order in, the sooner you will get it.
  • Last call is typically 5pm. Our drivers don’t stop at 5pm. But any new orders after 5pm are scheduled for next day delivery.

Same-Day Delivery (Private Courier)

  • Same Day Delivery can be had if you live in Markham or surrounding areas. During regular hours, orders must be received before 5pm for Same Day Delivery. (This is highly dependant on how busy we are and dependant on any inclement weather.) Please get your orders in well before 5pm to ensure same-day delivery.) Orders after 5pm will be delivered next day.
  • To avoid any disappointment and to ensure we get to your order please order the day before.

  3. When you're ready to Checkout just click on the Shopping Cart on top-right side of your screen
  4. Fill in your personal details. Please note that we only accept Interac Email Money Transfer at this time.
  5. Once you complete the checkout process pay close attention to the next page. You will see your order number and payment instructions.

Shipping (Mail Delivery)

  • The shipping minimum order amount varies by location. Just enter your postal code in the cart and follow the prompts to see what is required for your region. In some cases, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post in a smell proof, discreet package. If you do not receive a tracking number from us within 24 hours, relax, maybe we just missed it. Just shoot us an email to get your tracking number.
  • Free shipping also varies by region. So enter your postal code in the cart page to see what is required to get free shipping.
  • We will not ask Canada Post to "require signature" unless you ask us to.
If you are not available to meet our driver please consider our mail option at checkout. If you live in the local GTA but would like your order delivered by mail please choose Express Shipping at checkout. You will usually get it next business day.
Yes your information is kept confidential and secure through our servers and all transactions are encrypted using 256 bit SSL technology. Similar security strength as online banking. All packages are mailed in discreet, smell-proof packaging and your personal information is never shared with 3rd parties.

(5pm is the last call for orders. Orders after last call will be delivered next day.)

We accept Email Money Transfer (E-Transfer). To learn more about EMT click on the video below. We only accept Email Money Transfer at this time.

  • Please wait 48 hours before reaching out to us about missing orders from Canada Post. Sometimes they are met with delays. Especially during the holidays.
  • If your order goes missing, we will, at our discretion, replace your order 1 time for orders up to $150.00. If your orders are prone to going missing we will either "request for signature" with Canada Post or we will no longer ship to your address.
If you order and pay before 5pm you will get it the same day as long as you’re in our local delivery area.
  1. After you’ve ordered and paid, your order will get processed and packaged.
  2. When your order is on the road you’ll get an email notification, from there it can take 1 to 4 hours. It can be quicker or slower depending on how many orders are going to your area.
  3. The driver will also call / text you BEFORE coming to your location.
  4. If you do not answer the phone or respond to us over email we’ll have to skip your order. If you’re going to be out then you must leave instructions on your order or you’ll have to contact us to reschedule.
  5. If we have skipped your order please contact us via email to reschedule
We deliver all across Canada. Sorry we don't deliver to other countries at this time.
For general ETA please email us here. Orders are generally delivered in the afternoon to evening. If you have special instructions please leave them in your order notes at checkout or just email them to us if you forgot.
