If you are not available to meet our driver please consider our mail option at checkout. If you live in the local GTA but would like your order delivered by mail please choose Express Shipping at checkout. You will usually get it next business day.

Mon - Sun - 8am - 5pm
Orders after 5pm will be delivered next day.

Holiday Hours

Christmas Eve – 8am – 12pm*
Christmas Day – Closed
Boxing Day – Open
New Years Eve – 8am – 12pm*
New Years Day – Closed
Sunday, Jan 2nd – Open
*Orders received after 12pm are delivered the following day business day.

Local Shipping

Big Green Train ships same-day for orders placed BEFORE 5pm and next-day or sooner for orders received AFTER 5pm. Visit our FAQ to see if we can ship to you.

Nationwide Shipping

We now ship all across Canada. Just enter in your postal code at checkout to see your shipping options.

Billing

We currently only accept email money transfers (e-transfer) or cash on delivery.
